Equipment

Equipment includes a stick, helmet, shoulder and chest pads, elbow pads, cup, mouthguard, and gloves. 

Lacrosse helmet (hockey helmet not acceptable)
Mouthguard
Lacrosse shoulder pads/chest pads
Lacrosse gloves
Lacrosse Elbow/arm pads
Compression shorts with cup
Cleats (soccer cleats are fine)
Water Bottle

Optional: Lacrosse bag to carry equipment
